A Modern Office Renovation
This business in Taylor, British Columbia had been a 1950’s service station when the owner decided to completely renovate it.
While the space planning had already been done by an architect, Urban Spaces Design was asked to develop a colour and a finishes plan for the space. We chose a welcoming palette of blue’s and dark chocolate browns and incorporated a very traditional feel to the office. The flooring is high-quality commercial-grade LVT (Luxury Vinyl) designed very low maintenance in a commercial setting but one which has a great look.
The sun is very bright in the North, so Hunter Douglas blinds were installed throughout the space, allowing the tenants to see out but still maintain their privacy from those looking in.
