On-Site Retail Training & Consulting
Three-hour SessionThis three-hour session involves up to two hours on site retail training and consulting, and a one-hour recap sent by email following the visit. It is perfect for retailers wanting an overview of how their store is functioning. It is meant to build a foundation. Photos will be taken for further analysis. Any questions and possible solutions will be discussed during the visit.
You will learn about ‘what I see currently’, and ‘what I believe can be improved’. You are welcome to include any ‘key’ staff members during this visit.

This fee is exclusive to the Vancouver lower mainland. Travel times are additional to out-of-town locations.
